Since autumn 2025, construction at the Reeser Meer has marked the visible start of one of the largest tourism development projects currently underway in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Across the 65-hectare site, Marissa Lake Village brings together holiday homes and a carefully planned tourism infrastructure, including restaurants, wellness and spa facilities, swimming pools, retail concepts and a range of leisure activities.

Set within the lakeside landscape of the Lower Rhine, Marissa Lake Village combines modern comfort and quality of life with a long-term investment perspective.

First development phase

The first development phase includes approximately 100 exclusive holiday homes, distributed across three sales phases. Here, you can follow the progress of the project – what has been sold, what is currently available, and what lies ahead.

Phase 2 is now underway, featuring a limited number of carefully designed holiday homes in a truly unique island location within the lake.

Located between the green hills and the Reeser Meer, this future phase will appeal in particular to buyers interested in smaller and mid-sized homes, offering an attractive setting with easy access to the resort’s central facilities.

Second development phase

In the second second phase of Marissa Lake Village, exclusive holiday apartments with water views and pool villas for up to 14 people will be developed.
